Furthermore, they autonomously adjust parameters to stabilize heat losses, enhancing the efficiency of copper smelting. This innovative approach has resolved the energy levels stabilization issue in copper blast furnaces, with a predictive model and controller combination. Notably, this solution has been fine-tuned and is now operational in a $675 million blast furnace, making it one of fewer than five such installations worldwide.
